Montauk Lighthouse, Long Island

A day trip to the end of Long Island. I passed through the cute little towns of the Hamptons and then through the north east end of the island to arrive at Montauk point. It was cold and windy and the lighthouse was closed for tourists for the season. I decided to get a few shots from the beach. After shooting a few angles and my fingers needed warming, I noticed a few surfers out catching some waves. I wonder the thickness of their wetsuits, been there, not done L.I.!!

I need to come back here in the summer!

Kristine + Jeff, A Day Out

The day is almost here for Jeff & Kristine (November 7)

This was a belated engagement shoot for the couple.

Locations varied from Ft. Lauderdale to DelRay Beach.

Shot on a Sony FX1 with the GlideCam 4000, a glide track.

Lots of fun, and some cool locations.

United Way Campaign Launch

This was a collaboration of many local leaders and faces in Orlando. The idea was to deliver a message "one voice" and when we all work together, what great things that can be achieved. The testimonials were from 211 callers, a fantastic service for helping the community. This was a great shoot, and I enjoyed meeting and interviewing everyone involved. Thanks Jerry for some footage as well as thank you all the local channels and their anchors for contributing footage. A special thanks to Channel 9 for letting us take over their soundstage for two days.

I am branding a new company this and last week. LMS Solutions. Site is currently being developed too. Here is what they do:

"LMS Solutions is a full service Consumer Products consulting company. We handle licensing initiatives, both inbound and outbound; merchandising strategies, including retail operations; and sponsorships programs, including strategic alliances."

It is a fun ongoing project and a great guy named Doug Mangino, can't go wrong with a name like that!

Pixel 1080

We are launching a new company called Pixel1080. You know the square micro light up in the far top right of your screen. It's a video thing I guess.

This company will represent the corporate and commercial market.

The company's focus will be from concept design to CBTs (Computer Based Training) to commercials and television.

We mulled over names and imagery and concluded with this design. In a nut shell: If you utilize the theory of additive color and overlaying RGB elements it creates a white pixel! Yeah, nerd speak but cool concept.

United Way Teaser

We created a little teaser for Heart of Florida United Way to help advertise their event for the web. We shot in HD at Primo at the J.W Marriott - Grand Lakes. The food was fantastic (one cannot shoot and explain without the experiencing it first!), and some terrific C/U shots of the cuisine. Pastry Chef Riemer from Disney'sYacht & Beach Club brought the Chocolate. Oh my God!
